The best time to see the wisterias and azaleas at Ashikaga Flower Park is from the middle of April. The large wisteria trellis tree, which is 150 years old, is stunningly beautiful. The over 5,000 vivid azaleas add bright colors to the park. Ashikaga Flower Park was the only one Japanese location chosen for CNN’s 2014 list of 10 dream destinations to visit in the world. The wondrous nighttime lighting was also chosen as a Japan Night View Heritage. Enjoy a special experience here that you can’t find anywhere else.
