This store lets you visit a brewery with uncompromising quality, and taste different kinds of sake!

Seiun Sake Brewery is located in Ogawa Town in Saitama Prefecture.
It is said that rice and water are important materials for brewing Japanese sake. And Seiun’s sake is made using water from Ogawa Town, said to rival the famous brewing water of Nada no Miyamizu, as well as rice milled by Seiun itself.
The 2nd floor of the building has a sake brewing museum that you can visit! Feel with your own eyes the history of this uncompromising brewery!
In the store you can also try out the brewing water in the “jade well,” and taste recommended sake that suits the season.
