Yuzawaya, about a 15-minute walk from Tobu Nikko Station, is an old-established shop with a history of about 200 years. Next to the main store, they also have a cafe called "HATSUISHI CAFE." They serve a variety of sweet menus, including "mizu-yokan (sweetened red bean paste, mixed with boiled and dissolved agar and sugar, then cooled down in a mold to be softly hardened)" and "Japanese parfait (with soft serve ice cream made from soy milk)," as well as a variety of light meals such as "yaki manju (baked buns made from amazake-based wheat dough, coated with miso sauce)." Each menu item comes with a choice of drink, such as green tea or coffee. There is also a Japanese-style cafe space in front of the store, where you can relax and take a rest. Please stop by Yuzawaya when you visit Nikko. The "NIKKO PASS ALL AREA" is a reasonable way to go sightseeing in Nikko!
