Yabusame was a new year’s event held at Asakusa-jinja Shrine during the Edo period.
It restarted in 1983 as a sightseeing event in Asakusa, and has been handed down since then.
Archers in samurai costume from the Kamakura period shoot the targets one after another, while riding on backs of their running horses. Elegantly enjoy watching this brave and dynamic Yabusame from a seat close-by, while also enjoying the original drink from Panda Bus.
