Fudaraku Honpo, an old-established Japanese sweet shop in Nikko, offers Yuba-musubi (rice ball with the skin of tofu, a specialty of Nikko). Rice balls are usually wrapped in seaweed, but Fudaraku Honpo wraps its rice in yuba, a specialty of Nikko. Only 50 packs of Yuba-musubi are available a day, and only as take-out, as semi-fresh yuba is used. Please stop by when you come to Nikko.
*Yuba-musubi may be sold out as they are popular.
