"Shirasagi-no Mai (White Heron Dance)" is held between the beginning and middle of April every year to depict a scene from the Heian era which can be found in a historic picture scroll owned by the Sensoji Temple.
With music being played by musicians, people in white heron shaped costumes elegantly and beautifully dance and walk on Nakamise-dori Street toward the main hall♪
How about enjoying this event that has been a tradition since the old days of Asakusa, feeling the wind of spring in japan?
