Senjogahara, at 1,400 meters above sea level, is surrounded by mountains in great nature. It is one of the biggest wetlands in the Kanto region.
Senjogahara which is approx. 1 hour by bus from Tobu Nikko Station, where you can enjoy seeing the milky way and Perseids with your bare eyes in sumer. It is also the best spot to enjoy astronomical shows all through the year.
▷Access: From Tobu Nikko Station, take the Tobu Bus bound for Yumoto Onsen for approx. 50 mins., then a 1-minute walk from [Sanbon-matsu] Bus Stop.
